Lisa's Living Well raw food and detox classes provide everything you need to know to prepare and enjoy fantastic raw food. We elevate raw vegetarian cuisine to a new level, making it possible for you to prepare healthy gourmet  raw food simply and elegantly in your own kitchen. How about being able to enjoy Fettuccini Alfredo, Golden Butternut Squash Soup with Sage and Walnut Pesto, Tiramisu, and chocolate/cherry Biscotti, all while feeling fantastic and losing weight? By attending classes you will explore the health benefits of a plant-based diet, while learning how to prepare absolutely gorgeous and delicious food that is good for you and good for the planet.   • Daily un cooking classes so that you can leave the retreat armed with ideas and inspirations on eating a pure diet that feeds your body and soul.
  • Yoga and hiking.
  • Creative movement classes as a means to empower participants to explore new pathways in life.
  • Creative visualizations to reach our full potential.
  • Energy healing work lead by Maureen.

Lisa's living foods is teaming up with Maureeen Burford, Creative Director of Revels North and founder of Creative Lives, to present an unforgettable series of workshops aimed to heal your bodies (with raw foods,) and untap your creative potential and blocked energry (with Maureen Burfords movement, creativity, and healing techniques.)
