Some thoughts on Detoxification.....
Isn’t it time…..for a world where we can eat delicious food that is great for our bodies and great for the health of the planet? Isn’t it time for fabulous tasting food to make us feel fabulous as well? Isn’t it time to effortlessly drop those excess pounds simply by feeling satisfied from delicious and optimally nutritious meals?
Isn’t it time to learn how we can eat so that our bodies can easily digest food, and are then free to heal themselves? Isn’t it time to finally feel in control?
It IS time! Feeding our bodies is more that just learning how to prepare delicious food, or food that is healthy. Rather, nourishing ourselves is learning how to prepare food that is both delicious AND makes us feel fantastic and alive at the same time. THIS IS what Lisa's living well is all about!
Currently there is a lot of agreement from the experts in nutrition that we need to eat more fruits and vegetables. Yet most of these health gurus have not mastered the art of preparing this food so it is absolutely delicious. How can we possibly aspire to eat healthier for the long run if the food doesn’t taste fantastic? I have had overwhelmingly positive responses to detoxification coaching, as there is a huge demand for teaching folks how to prepare fresh food that is delicious, makes us feel great, and is easy to prepare. People are often inspired by how fantastic the food tastes and how fantastic it makes them feel. In addition, as we all search for ways to live lighter on the land, eating a largely plant -based diet that is nutritionally sound and delicious, is an idea whose time has come. I am excited to share these ideas and inspirations. How could something as simple as feeding our bodies healthy food have become so complicated? Remember, taking care of ourselves is the best gift that we can give to ourselves and to those that love us.
